College Football Nerds - These nerd analysts don't miss a thing. They noted that a West Coast writer had tweeted that Daniels would be on the bench at Washington or Orgeron. in regards to the Heisman. Then they cite statistics explaining why Daniels is running away with the Heisman, statistics that show this race is not even close. They show the absurdity that Daniels is up against by some West Coast writers trying to deny Daniels the Heisman. Thank God for these College Football Nerds for educating college football fans... and biased sports reporters. LSU fans will thoroughly enjoy this video.

As an Alabama fan, I would rather play Nix 10 times then play Daniels again. Daniels is the best player in college football and it’s not even close.

CFN - Daniels has the better passing stats of all Heisman contenders, regarding both passing stats and averages, and that neutralizes the whole "but Daniels is playing in the 4th quarter' argument. Has played a much tougher schedule by far than any of the Heisman contenders. Has played against more good defenses than any of the other contenders. Daniels is a better passer against better competition. That doesn't even account for the fact Daniels is a 1000 yard rusher, the leader by far over every other contender in that statistic.

Regional writer supports regional heisman candidates. More at 11.

Daniels is better man. I’ve watched every duck game this year and nix shreds some teams that are so god awful. But Oregon does a great job in promoting Nix. In the USC game for instance he threw 3 tds against the same CB that didn’t even know his assignment lol. That’s not happening in the SEC , I’ll be the first to admit. At least if some of these schools like Oregon / UW miss out on 4th playoff spot we can see a big matchup against an sEC team and see what happens. Believe me I already know what does. Going to get blown out like everytime we play A real team from SEC.

Lol okay. He would have shattered every national record in one single game in the Pac12.

While the premise that either Penix or Nix is better than Daniels is debatable at best, the writer is likely correct. Daniels would not have unseated either as QB1 going into this season.

I mean, anything is possible. You never know what goes through a coaches head. But I do think both QB’s would put up similar numbers if they switched school to LSU. Penix Jr and Bo Nix are playing great right now.

Not only is the SEC’s office stacked against LSU, so is the NCAA’s.

It really isn’t fair for LSU.

Penix Jr is legit playmaker.

Nix has delivered big time for Oregon.

Daniels has been big, but has lost three games.

It’s close

I don't see Daniels beating Bama as a true freshman QB.

Georgia State, Army, Grambling State. Better competition by far??? That's some serious meat riding delirium.

You could always check the strength of schedule rankings and report back.

Ricky Williams, Tim Tebow, Lamar Jackson, and RGIII all won the Heisman on teams with 3 losses.

Daniels played great in LSU's 3 losses. He shouldn't be punished because his team has a historically bad defense.

To me, he's the best player with silly stats to back it up. He's better than Nix and Penix.

You have to ask yourself, how did Nix perform in the SEC and Pennix in the Big 10? A step up in defensive competition.
