Settle down there Stump!
I included your "claimed" Natty of 1942 to keep you from feeling hurt.
As for the SIAA/So Con is concerned... agreed they did not formally recognize a champion but every school claims a title and that's not pulled out of my arse.

more National Titles.

Laughable. You have 2. Every other year you claim, the AP says differently.

If Heupel had those rosters we’d have won at least one additional title. We were so good from 89-99.

The game has changed so much that teams in the ‘90s would greatly benefit from modern schemes.

What titles should Tennessee have won? I’m still waiting to hear this. Even taking Florida out of it, when was UT better than both FSU and Nebraska in the Manning years?

Did UT absolutely max out their talent? No, probably not. They might could have squeezed in another SEC title by playing well at the right time. But they were also not a runaway champ in the years they did win titles. Wasn’t Weinke hurt in the ‘98 championship?

We grossly underachieved with Shuler and Manning. We were objectively more talented than Florida yet they owned us. It’s coaching…, how else do you explain losing to Memphis in 1996

Has everyone already forgotten Mark Richt's time at Georgia?

No that is UGA do the 2000’s. From 2002 to 2012 UGA had 8 10+ win season. And they didn’t win a national championship.
