It’s when you lose, my man. The Canes could have slipped up another game but it can’t be the very last game of the season. Yeah u know Syracuse ain’t a bad little ball club but it’s the last game and neither y’all or the ‘Cuse have a defense and haven’t shown one all year really.

Alabama’s three wins against the top 20 matter.

the problem is Alabama's losses to Vandy and OU don't matter.

And they shouldn't matter. Vandy is a resurgent powerhouse and Oklahoma is Oklahoma.

What DOES matter is that LSU hasn't been to the playoffs since 2019 AND even with the low standard of the 12 team playoff, they STILL ain't in

Well one of those wins was against a backup qb who is awful. Since the committee can factor in injuries to key players based off of last year’s precedent, the Mizzou win isn’t anything to hang your hat on.

Why? Because Bama brand

Because SMU willl have 0 wins vs top 15 and the weakest FBS schedule of any P5 school. All they have to do is beat a mediocre Clemson team and they are in.

They win their games. Bama couldn’t even compete with a terrible Oklahoma team late in the season.

Bama may be in, but the playoff committee has done some crazy rankings movement after championship weekend so with them being on the cusp, there is no telling what they do with them.

Bama fans better prepare themselves for being left out if SMU loses a close one. The Committee said they wouldn't punish a conference championship loser so if the game is close...

Auburn hasn’t been able to compete with anyone. In 5 years.

So these losses don’t matter because? What? Because Alabama beat Georgia? Because I don’t see any other justification for Alabama being on the bubble.
