Weird that LSU wins the series vs Auburn, and drops 8 spots. I get that we didn't show up for our midweek game, but 8 spots after a conference series win is kind of odd

Very odd. Maybe it is some course correction after staying artificially high due to high presaeason rankings?

surprised we didn't drop more.
Midweek game against UH helped us, I guess.

LSU was held artificially high for going toe to toe with Aggie in College Station. It only took 1 week to figure out that wasn't an impressive feat.

Fricking #2 Aggie gets swept by Florida. Jesus guys

Uhh, Tulane drummed LSU in the midweek game. So that means LSU went 2-2 this week. I agree with the drop.

Not 8 damn spots dude. It's not like Tulane is a bad team either.

We're a Sunday starter from sweeping vandy, Georgia, and ole miss. So aggravating. If we can get a serviceable pitcher on Sundays we will be scary. This is the best team Cohen has fielded. Top to bottom.

While that may be true, LSU is also 4-5 in the conference and 4-6 vs top 100 teams. Not to troll but with Vandy coming to town this may be the last week LSU is ranked for a while.

Up 4 spots in one, down 8 spots in one, stayed the same in one . I'll take it. Not too concerned, we will find out what this team can be pretty soon. Series with Vandy, @Mizzou, MSU, @Ole Miss to close out the month.

Its a damn shame that we are missing that one piece from being a serious contender.

Glad to see UK showing up in the polls. We've got a good team but we need to stop scheduling the directional schools in Kentucky. Don't perform well against them.

How did MSU drop one in CB?
