So your premise is that our performance in a tournament that saw 4 of the top 8 seeds not even make the S16, that the committee is going to single our conference out and say, "nope, not good enough?"

Even if every SEC team lost in the first round, the premise of the OP is dumb. It's not like next year they're going to take a team that has a worse resume because of how conferences have performed in past tournaments.

We will get 8 in next year but it will be a couple changes. State will replace Florida.

LSU was in the final four in 2006 the last time. Florida was in the final four that year as well and won the NC. SEC to me was stronger then.
