If he stays around and runs a shadow staff that’s about the worst thing that can happen. How about you get promoted and the guy who’s position you take stays around telling you how to do your job and never lets you manage your program. He’ll never have confidence, even during the announcement it seemed he was walking on egg shells.
Fulmer did it to Tennessee and it ruined their program after their run at the top.
Saban needs to go run his Mercedes dealerships and play golf.
If he stays around he will set the program back, you can book it.
No one wants to be micro managed, especially when you are trying to implement a completely different program. He has his own style and doesn’t need a fricking backseat driver.
