Are you guys going to be happy keeping him around as long as beats A&M, even if the Longhorns don’t make the playoffs?

A&M? No. Oklahoma? Maybe.

Penn State already tried and failed.

Both parties might be happy to exit that marriage after what the board saw when A&M played a halfway decent team.

we’ve come a long way since ol’ Charlie Strong if our 9-3 season in the SEC is disastrous

9-3 in the SEC is rarely disastrous.

..but, when you're preseason #1 and you have the most expensive roster in football - it kinda is

You ain't Mississippi State baw

It ain’t our fault the AP idiots ranked a team with a new QB and offensive line #1.

Our “disastrous” season is better than an average season in College Station.

Does anyone connected with LSU actually care about LSU Football or does their entire fandom of the sport revolve around something bad happening to Alabama?

You definitely would know about making the playoffs with an easy schedule. Ags beat Miami, it will be better than any playoff team Texas has beat.

To be fair, no previous football coach has really been good enough to warrant a call from the big boys. Elko might've done enough, though.

Only Bear Bryant

Maybe you should worry about Sark having another rehab stint after his spring bender. And maybe worry about sark knocking up staff members and players relatives…….he’ll be on that motorcycle one day ready to pull a Petrino

Whorn is a snooty clown university and will be exposed one day soon

While I’m all for “bad things” happening to any team not named LSU….I was simply posting what I heard Mascona say in regards to his source who told him this was going to happen four days ago.

The source added that DeBoer would be their number one target.
