I want to play Michigan for the title. It's not fair for us to have to play UGA again.

Been a minute since I been around but...

I watched some of the game again and Bennett is NOT beating Alabama.

His long pass to Pickens was a wounded duck of a ball that was thrown higher than it went far and it was only caught because it was underthrown and the DB's overran it while Pickens slowed down. Great play by Pickens, terrible throw by Bennett.

He should have been pick-6'd on the opening drive but Branch dropped it.

His pick by Hellams was a throw off of his backfoot that he threw in desperation to Bowers.

The pick 6 he got absolutely baited and robbed.

He is not beating Alabama and neither is Georgia.

So I dunno if it's a tailspin or a wake up call but the truth is, this Georgia team does not match up well with Alabama at all.

At the same time, it could be argued UGA is on a 40+ year tailspin

With 2 CFP appearances in 4 years? GTFOH.

Unless there is a interim HC for the rematch, a new QB, better Wrs and two new Safety's......UGA won't win

The fact that UGA doesn't have a edge rusher that can get a sack on Chris Owens should be depressing for UGA

2010-2021 isn’t 2 generations who always have to deal with tailspin’s

Right now, I think Georgia is a dangerous team, much like Alabama was a dangerous team before the SEC Championship game; a talented bunch who feel disrespected.

I really just don’t think this matters a whole lot in playoff or championship games. You didn’t see Bama flying around dominating from 60:00 until the clock hit 0:00. Bama actually got down by 10 early even though the narrative is they were “fired up” because they were “disrespected”.

McElroy and Cublic disagreed on this. Good question though

Georgia doesn't scare anyone on offense. They are strictly meat and potatoes. Look at the all-SEC team that just came out. Brock Bowers was it on the 1st team. BAMA had the best QB, RB, and WR.

Georgia's skill players have never scared BAMA and when you put a pedestrian offense on the field year after year you are going to get your feelings hurt in today's football.

terrible throw by Bennett

This was a trend for a lot of the game. His receivers and tight ends had to make great catches to bail him out a few times, other times they just couldn’t. On one screen play I was standing kind of far away from my TV, but it looked like he just threw it to the RB at a terrible angle and got the play blown up.

Looking forward to Michigan’s heisman DE being manhandled on a national stage.

In most games this season, it took Bama’s defense two or three possessions to figure out what the other team was doing. They’d make adjustments and do pretty good as the games went on.

Even then I didn't see the team as being particularly chippy or fiery out there, not any more so than they have been for any other SEC championship I can think of.

They are bound by their coach so I doubt they win anything.
