A coach that beats a Nick Saban coached LSU squad 31 to 0 gets beat by Oklahoma 77 to 0. How could this happen?

I've said it before and I'll say if every time fran gets brought up. If a&m and bama start up a competitive series, we need to get a trophy going. The winner gets a statue of Stallings jumping into the bears arms after the cotton bowl, loser gets a bust of fran that they have to take with them to every game

No. He only looked good at TCU because of Gary Patterson and LaDainian Tomlinson. His tenure at Texas A&M proved he was a mediocre coach at best.

Won't lie, thought he was the shite in 2002. I'll never forget the handshake he had with Saban after the Beatdown.

There's no doubt he's a great one. That's why he's been at Texas State for 5 years: no openings are worthy of his greatness. Or his subscription newsletter.

Fran is the perfect example of taking the right job, not going for a paycheck. He should have done his home work on Bama and TAMU at the time.

Then he left for the NFL and ended up at Bama.

I was happy he left LSU and Miami. Alls well that ends well. Some may disagree.
