E Smith was slow and ran behind the best NFL OL on record in history of NFL- the whole OL & TE were all-pro Emmits name never comes up as one of the greatest RBs unless you talk about most rushing yards and 1 yard TDs.

Unfortunately Aggie players have to wait for nfl to achieve any real success
They do have a commemorative cup for beating lsu one year but that’s about it

He was better. Jimbo is such a fraud.

I also wondered why the Saints did not draft Achane when they could have. It boggles my mind. Dude was good, you could tell just from watching a few games. He was underutilized by Jimbo, but RBs these days are simply not as much of a factor as they could be in college offenses. Its good though as that leaves them with a lot of tread left when they get to the NFL. Saints are simply dumb not getting him when they wanted a RB.

Achane put up good numbers in college but he had the ability to be a Heisman winner. Absolutely electric. It took Dumbo 3 years to finally realize that you should find ways to get the ball to the fastest player in CFB. Would have probably been my first offensive priority but Jimbo was too busy trying to get Haynes King spine snapped in half with long drawn out pass plays behind an OL who didn’t know what their assignment was half the time.
