Once the NCAA makes an accusation, it's pretty much done. You're guilty until proven less guilty.

Wade’s lawyer making a statement instead of the University basically means he is done at LSU.
Wade will sue the NCAA, but that won’t really help LSU out.

Never heard of a lawyer admitting his client is guilty.

But, everytime Dick Vitale tweeted out that LSU was about to receive an NOA, it was gospel.

It was false back then . Now, it’s likely inevitable.
It was always a matter of time.

The next question is will it be just Wade or LSU that is affected?

This isn't a court of law. What his lawyer says doesn't mean Shi.t
NCAA doesn't have to prove anything to itself. If they said you cheated it's pretty much over.

They actually do have a burden of proof in their own bylaws much akin to the preponderance of evidence standard. They release findings of fact and conclusions very similarly to what a Court of law would do. They do this so they don't get sued by Universities for doing what they want and how they want. So while they are not completely analogous to a court, they do have to adhere to certain procedure, fact finding, and adjudication as their decisions can have drastic effects on the finances of a university. If they do not adhere to their bylaws, they find themselves with a lot of exposure to financial liability. They are a bunch of spineless inconsistent dweebs but these things take as long as they do so they can shut down their exposure to potential liability.

That's the point...Is the lawyer going to make a statement saying his client is guilty and he's FK'ed.

Wade's Lawyer:

I didn't know Wade had his own lawyers separate from those employed by LSU to handle his case.

That likely means he is fricked.

If it is actually his personal lawyer, he likely expects the provision in his contract related to the Noa to get executed.

This is the bigger news, but people on this website missed it, lol.

LSU fans all kidding aside, and I'm dead serious here, but what did he mean with the "strong arse offer" statement??

If that statement was taken out of context then frick whoever released it. I was hoping to see their program burn and if Wade is clean then I "is sad"..

LOL. Coach Gene Stallings tried a tactic a lot like that back in 1993. It worked out great for The University of Alabama.
