After they have left with their back turned heading towards the stairs. I concur.

I understand if in my home they would not leave on their on accord. But would not cower until they left and saw no danger so I could hit them from behind. But a bitch is a bitch and understand why others see it as positive.

Poor Luna is back at it. I guess her uncle G4H left her off the collar to come play.

He’s not cleared to play by Heupel. Student council has cleared him of wrongdoing but he is still unavailable until further notice. His attorney has filed his story as well as other eyewitnesses and has asked for the hearing to be moved up to November 1st. IMO he will not play until the felony charges are dropped or reduced.

So he hit him in the mouth from behind??? Regardless of how difficult that would be, it’s only the drunk guy that alleged that. Other accounts have it otherwise.

Drunk guy intruded into his apartment. While this is not how I would've handled the situation, can you blame him?

Beating intruder's arse =/= hitting a girl because I'm butthurt my team lost.

And then we throw them down the stairs and knock their teeth out. But we make sure they have left our apartment first!

Also read a post, and I think everyone should be relieved to hear that the student council at TN has cleared him! I’m sure the police and DA were waiting to hear what their ruling was before proceeding.

The intruder entered the apartment TWICE while being told to leave.

Guess you don’t read much. Dude was at a party at one of the apartments where McCollough resides. Went to his car to get something and returned to the wrong apartment by mistake. It was the middle of the day so the door was unlocked. He went in thinking he was at the original apartment and was confronted by McCollough. Dude apologized for opening the wrong door and walked away. McCollough followed him to the stairwell and sucker punched him from behind, then fled. McCollough’s girlfriend rendered aid to the unconscious victim until police and paramedics arrived.

McCollough should be in jail, but football’s more important in Tennessee. Karma.

You’re only going by the drunk guys version of events that he told the cops WHILE holding a bottle of vodka. I wouldn’t rush to back up his credibility if I were you. Others tell a different version.

I do not know why the attorneys even bother with legal proceedings when Deacon Reds from the internet is out here with the eyewitness account
