Wait, the story reads..someone opened his door on accident because they were in the wrong apartment drunk. The person apologized and left, that DB followed the person after he left and punched him down the stairs.
That is worth doing ?

Because said UT player waiting until he left the apartment than attacked him from behind. Poor drunk guy had no idea what was going.
I guess I may be confuses, does TN not have Stand Your Ground Laws in place. Because any real man or real woman would have never let the dude out of the apartment where they have legal recourse under the said law. Who knows

UT allows ghetto thug to play. Checks out.

He isn’t going to play until the charges get dropped or the felony is reduced. It says it’s still in the hands of UT/Heupel and they’ve made it clear they want the legal side to be cleared before he gets to play.
Edit: just heard he could actually play. So nm.

Had you actually clicked the link you would know the problem with your comment is that it’s not what happened at all.
Sorry about your mental handicap.

They think they only have one shot at this. Truth is the NCAA's about to bring the hammer down on them. Then Hypel leaves for Oklahoma and Tenner's back to the Kiffin Cycle again.
Cheaters and low lifes never win.

The filed motions note that McCollough feared for his well being and was under the impression that Spencer broke into the apartment. McCollough and his roommate Warren Burrell (also a Tennessee defensive back) asked Spencer to leave the apartment numerous times. After Spencer backed up just outside the door, it’s alleged that Spencer tried to re-enter the apartment, which is when McCollough punched him one time. According to the motion, Spencer told police he’d been drinking that day and was holding a bottle of vodka while giving police his statement.
Straight from the link. Try reading it before spewing bullshite you know nothing about. To me seems like a classic case of self defense and the “castle doctrine”.
