If we can get an obvious upgrade, I'd rather have the coaching change.

That said, I'll be all smiles if Tennessee were to pull the upset.

I guess I'm the only one who thinks this game with Tennessee will be close.

Maybe for a quarter...MAYBE. Our defense can't stop anyone. You'll see.

I think losing to Bama and keeping Dooley is more likely. Seriously.

Only because Tennessee has pretty much no shot at beating Alabama. Dooley's done.

I guess Im thinking ahead. We have a good Defensive Coordinator who just needs to adjust to the spread, Special Teams are our Backbone, and we recruit the best in the nation.

A good OC hire could give Chiz more than a year on the plains and for the sake of continuity/stability I would be okay with this

Name a top-notch OC that's coming to AU to work for a head coach that's got his arse on the hot seat, doesn't have a QB worth two cents, and stands in jeopardy of losing his job after one year if he can't turn your offense around?

Well, if you're gonna put it like that.

I mean no disrespect to AU, but y'all got some serious issues going on over there that just aren't an easy fix.

It's a mess all over the place, from the players morale, to the on-the-field performance, to the off-the-field shite, to the former coach burning up the airwaves in support for the "great man" Gene Chizik.

I'm sorry, I keep hearing this crap about AUs defense and the job BVG is doing. Dude, the total D ranks 78! The D also ranks 10th in yards given up per game in the SEC.

If not for your pathetic offense, people would be screaming at the guy.

Don't tell me, the team is just "young."

Pretty sure we've all said we're bad...not sure why this throw away line is in here.

It is not the Auburn OC's fault he has no QB to work with. Frazier was recruited to be the next Cam. Auburn fans overlooked the fact he completed less than 50% of his passes in HS.
