’ve watched college football for decades and I can honestly say there’s a conspiracy against UT! For the last 15 years I’ve tried to blame bad coaching hires and talent levels and all that cat shi#! It’s time for fans (Because it isn’t just UT) to speak up and demand answers! This ridiculous notion of submitting obvious plays to the SEC office is outdated! Idc if anyone responds but it’s getting out of hand and wrecking football! It’s a ***$&@g sport that has been damaged by the powers that be!

This guy makes a good point.

If they’re going to protect what they consider the blue blood of the sport. Why should we keep watching. If they are going to manufacture the outcomes.

It's pretty much rigged at this point as far as I'm concerned.

Refs favored the Vols last year because we had become a trendy team in the media with our number one ranked offense and numerous ESPN highlight reel plays.

This current squad, even though we are literally better at every position besides QB and WR, isn't nearly as flashy.

But in Tuscaloosa as long as Saban is there, you can bet... those refs receive extra payment and clear orders.

why don’t everyone just put an asterisk beside this one and we can all get some rest?

since this is the conspiracy theory thread, i've often thought it was pretty crazy that as soon as longhorn network became a thing, Texas sucked.

and now that ESPN is getting its way (a) keeping Texas (and OU) all to themselves and (b) killing LHN... we're somewhat decent for the first time in 13 years.

Wouldn't be surprised. I've heard former players in the NFL say that it's extremely rigged. Anytime big money is involved so is corruption.

Damn, where was this home cooking in the Texas game when Bama had 10 penalties and Texas only had 4?

I guess the orders weren't as clear on that day?

Impressive that you're nearing 24 hours straight of melting

Where was all the outrage about the officiating last year after this game? Oh, because Bama lost. Funny how that works.

That crew needed a 10 minute review to figure out whether UT had played 4 downs or not after they failed to convert on 4th. I was sure they were going to give UT an extra down just because. But sure, totally competent officiating in that one.

Taking this hard today. In every single officiating thread. Like clockwork.

Baw needs his Bama fooball to be really really good AND admired by everybody!

Were they SEC refs or B12 refs?
Bama is an incredibly undisciplined team overall, and their OL alone should earn at least 20 holding penalties a game, so when not one is given, yeah, a bit suspect.

Now that ESPN has them, they could want to make Texas a big power in the SEC because of their massive TV audience and national brand.

You need to face facts gump.

All of the US considers your state to be a massive backwards shithole.

No one and i mean no one says....gee let's take a trip to Alabama...that would be fun hahaha. It's funny because it's true.

After Saban leaves, you gumps are in for a world of pain. At least LSU has New Orleans to hang its hat on.

But yeah...Texas has much better national appeal as far as tourism goes.

I do agree submitting the plays to the league office does absolutely nothing to improve matters

Ohhh, the conspiracy goes DEEPER! So even though Bama pays the refs, the SEC paid them more in that game because the SEC wants to make Texas a big power in the SEC. Very interesting stuff! Appreciate you pulling back the curtain on these shenanigans.
