It’s a DUI with vehicular manslaughter at worst. Sentenced to 15ish does under half.

fair treatment through the normal judicial system, especially as a citizen's entitlement.
Ruggs will and definitely should go to prison, but everyone is entitled to a fair trial. I wonder if you're ever accused of a crime if your point of view will shift.

Driving 156 mph down a busy city street (not the interstate or highway) while piss drunk, and then crashing into the back of another car, and the victim burning alive. Celebrity or not, I feel confident in saying this is one of the worst cases of reckless drunk driving in the history of America.
He deserves whatever the absolute maximum penalty is.

Just realized she died from being trapped inside the burning vehicle. I hope her family is able to find peace.
