It was 7-14 and we had the ball lol, not that soundly. And then had the refs steal a touchdown from us with a review 2 minutes after the play and we had Harbor wide open with the ball they blew it dead after he caught it in full stride. I still think we lose but no one was being beat soundly when he got hurt.

You were losing in the trenches on both sides and getting out coached. The score at the time didn't reflect it but you were getting your butt handed to you. Don't expect you to agree. Would be shocked if you did. Truth none-the-less

Contrary to anything Cock fans say, Vandy was beating them soundly before Sellers went out. They will deny it, but Vandy just simply outmanned them all game long.

Score was 7-7, with SC driving. Sellers throws a pick jn the red zone, Vandy scores to go up 14-7. Sellers gets injured on the next series, with under two minutes in the half.

Vandy was absolutely leading. But let's not act like the game wasn't in doubt - it was. In the 2nd half, everything that could go right for Vandy did, and everything that could go wrong for SC, did. Vandy won, straight up. No excuses. But it's disingenuous to suggest the game was out of hand when Doty came in.

Yeah I think he missed where I said I still think we lose but he is a dawg and I'm sure worked up for no reason. The pick Sellers threw changed the momentum and then it was a pure nightmare fuel after Sellers went out.

I really do wonder what it would have been had Doty's first throw to Sellers not been whistled off. That would have been huge for confidence, and in getting Doty settled down. I really liked a lot of what Doty was doing, but when the D couldn't get the stop on Vandy's first 3rd quarter drive, it was too much to overcome based on how Vandy bleeds clock. The first half was over in a little more than an hour.

Doesn't matter. Game was lost, Vandy won it, and SC has a lot to figure out in CoMo. Not good.

You know. You'll put a lot of these "doubters" to rest if you post a pic of yourself in section 122 on Saturday night.

...that being said. I am in the ol' Navy Nuke camp here, and am fairly confident you've probably never even been to the state of Missouri.

The main thing that concerns me in this game is Beamer Ball. Yeah, special teams. And the Tigers' ST return and coverage teams suck. I wouldn't be shocked if SC scores at least 1 ST TD on a blocked punt or kick or punt return. SC's punt return specialist has 3 TDs this year already. That's more than Missouri has had in the last 10 years.

Let's pregame at Sonic, baw. I'll paint the parking lot red with you....but you won't show and you won't be in section 122 either. Who's social media pic are you going to screenshot and crop this weekend?

Win or lose, I can’t think that SCar coulda fricked us in advance any more than they have. This was the chance for MU to finally matchup with a highly ranked SEC opponent. They lose to Vandy after Sellers goes down, pretty much almost drop out of the rankings, and then they get Sellers back to play us and with Sellers they are a respectable team (let’s not forget the 11 ranking before the Vandy debacle). Now, we win…we beat an inferior team…we lose…we lost to an inferior team. This is a no fricking win situation thanks to SCar!

Don’t get me started on Gameday!

Gamecocks fan my whole life. I bet with my brain and not with my heart when it’s game time. My brain says Mazoo is the better team right now. But, anything can and will happen in this rivalry. I’ve grown to like Mazoo and their fans. Take the win this year and enjoy it, because in 10 to twenty years,we gonna bring the trophy back home.
