Okay, Caroliners....We really do appreciate you keeping the seat warm for us THE LAST THREE YEARS- but this isn't cute, anymore. So let's not get hot again this year, capeesh?
Seriously- Good luck to all the SEC Teams....There's nothing I'd like to see more than Omaha being invaded by SEC Greatness!!!

Weather is really going to cause some issues this weekend. Tallahassee expecting 10-12 inches of rain, Raleigh/CH expected to get drenched.
Great.

We have the mojo going in the post-season lately. I would absolutely love another all-SEC final for all the marbles.

I'd love to see the Vandy South Carolina final Florida deprived us of in 2011.

So what is the layout for the 8 temas that get to the CWS? Double elim?

I hate that FAU didn't knock them off so we could host but that does lead to a couple of things.
1) Wouldn't that have been something if we could have gone to Omaha by beating St. Louis, Liberty, and FAU?

2) I fear homecooking calls in Chapel Hill.
3) If FAU can give them such a push we sure as hell can beat them.

They just had our number that year. It made the triple steal even sweeter against them the next year.

Also, #Virginia coach Brian O'Connor says the #Cavaliers will know more about SS Brandon Cogswell in the next day or two. Still very TBD.

Mike Fox also says catcher Matt Roberts will be on the roster this weekend. He said he can catch and bunt but doesn’t expect to see him play

#UNC’s Mike Fox says that his rotation will be Hobbs Johnson, Kent Emanuel and Benton Moss.

I can't wait till 7pm tomorrow. I'm ready to get that Stony taste out of my mouth.
Hope USC can knock of UNC, and would like to see Vandy win as well. MSU y'all are on your own.

That PG preview sung the praises of UNC's pitching depth, but where was it this weekend? Why was Emanuel out there in the eighth inning when they have so much depth compared to USCe? Just doesn't make sense. That team seems incredibly overrated. Good luck to the Cocks and Tigers tomorrow!
