Poor guy. He was just trying to find a life-mate to go through life with, like even a goose does, and was arrested for it because people don't like other people to be happy,. It ruined his life.
So, naturally, he has a couple of beers a couple of days later and the SS swarms on him again to thoroughly drive in the stake

The Homewood police were likely monitoring him, staking out his home, to see if he smiled or seemed to be happy so they could arrest him again.
He might as well move now. They will arrest him for rolling through a stop sign going 0.5 miles an hour, tearing the tag off a pillow, jaywalking on a dead end street or anything else they can dream up.
He's a marked man.

He probably wasn't even drunk. Maybe he had a beer or two and the Homewood cops were likely watching his every move to see if he tried to have sex with any grown women again.
