I'm driving to southern Georgia tomorrow night from Knox.. then into the game Saturday morning. Hoping for the best.

I'm probably a dumbass for it but

Have fun. Drive safe. Let me know if you need tips on where to park and where not to carry alcohol on you, if this is your first trip.

I do need these tips.. I've been reading a little but any info you can give is great.

Is campus in okay condition? Are people in need of anything donation wise I could easily bring along?

Campus is fine as far as I know. They're doing donations at the soccer game and volleyball game tomorrow, but I cannot find anything for the football game (oddly enough).

I suggest arriving early and making sure you have PLENTY of gas BEFORE you get near Gainesville. There's a serious gas shortage here.

I'm thinking about making a map of where it's okay to carry alcohol and not okay, think that would be helpful for most?

That is odd.

Do you know if there are gas shortages from Georgia down through Lake City as well or does it start closer to Gainesville? I didn't get tickets until yesterday so I'm last minute trying to get all of my ducks in a row.

Yes, that would be awesome.

Do you have the gas buddy app? It's great to see in advance if the stations have gas or not.

Definitely parts of it are. If we had 3 Irma's in one year, it would probably return to being a full-blown lake.

Take your time and stay safe. I will have to miss it this year. Can't say I'm that unhappy about it.
