it didnt kill Ruggs and he was in a corvette. It didnt even seriously injure him. He was out fo the hospital in 12 hours.

I'm not going to lie. When a car passes me at a reckless speed, and it's clear that the driver is a low IQ piece of human waste who has no concern for the safety and lives of other people, I secretly wish that they lose control and splatter themselves into a tree. I hope Ruggs goes down HARD. Like absolute destruction of everything he has and everything he will ever have. I hope he suffers.

Well, see that's the thing with DUIs. They're really easy to prove and don't really have affirmative defenses and it's a strict liability offense, meaning the state doesn't have to show intent. Was his BAC over the legal limit? Yes. Was he driving a vehicle while over the legal limit? Yes. Was someone killed due to an accident where Ruggs was driving while intoxicated? Yes. Was he at fault in the accident? Yes.
With all the facts that have come out in this case, Ruggs is going to be forced to take a plea deal and hope for the lightest sentence he can.

in what way does that matter? I bet half the people on this board regularly or know someone who regularly keeps a loaded gun in their car. Do I? no, but pretending its some further indicator that Ruggs is a bad person is unnecessary and untrue.
Ruggs is 100% Montgomery trash and deserves to stand on a firing line while an automobile running 150 mph heads directly at him as his death sentence.
