Update: LSU fan in bathroom was drugged per father, prayers to families of drug deaths

The story has turned;

Original Post: Apparently, some kid wearing LSU gear was allegedly attacked or jumped at one of the bathrooms at VH stadium and was doing well and maybe in critical condition, may die etc. This of course has some of lunatic fan base demanding retaliation etc next year. This is the kind of crap we don’t need.

I have already said I don’t believe this was football related and I bet it’s fricking Memphis mfers. What are you guys hearing in oxpatch. Apparently the floor of that bathroom was covered with blood and he was taken out by ambulance.


The actual facts from his father:

Thank you very much as this young man was my son. Would love to be able to tell you thank you and determine if anyone saw what happened. Unfortunately he doesn’t have any recollection from leaving his seat until he work up in the hospital. We do not believe he was beat up and according to tests at hospital was not drunk. He has bumps and bruises along with stitches and staples and a concussion but should make a full recovery. He accepted a beer from a fan sitting near him in the stands that offered to buy one when he went to concession stand and according to hospital toxicology reports the opened can of beer apparently was spiked with a drug. Once again thank you so much to attending to him from myself and family.

No thank goodness as I was just reading about that. It was Benzodiazepines. He only had that and a daily prescription he takes show up in his test at the hospital. Unfortunately he didn't wake up unitl several hours after the game so no idea what happened to the guy who gave him the beer or if he even hung around for remainder of game after halftime. He accepted the beer because he thought the guy was with the fans/family sitting directly in front of them but now not sure if the guy was with them or not. His cousin was at the concession stand when he got up so when his cousin returned he thought my son had either gone to the bathroom or to get something to eat/drink himself but became more and more concerned when he never returned nor answered his phone or text messages.
