Calling someone a blatant liar is actionable tort in Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana and the rant will turn over your phone info with any subpoena. Look at what the boys are doing in the Nolan Wells case. I have several of these cases and can add some more. You are free to call anyone anything you want but not to accuse them of a crime or bring a habitual liar.
