Various metrics all showed Alabama as a top 20 team. Metrics did not show LSU as a top 20 team. 42-13 confirmed this.

Where was that culture of excellence in 2020 and 2021 at LSU?
At Grand Isle getting hammered or snuggled up next to that new blond he had.

bama fans are still excited and happy that a win over LSU erases their memories of Vandy and OU.

Right, it literally makes no sense except to expose how sensitive they are when people below them in the all-time college football totem pole point out their flaws
No it makes no sense when a team that got beat by a team that was beat by the lower totem pole teams run their mouth . Besides that I don’t think they really care.

You mean some stupid sports writer in Louisiana pumped up some bullshite and you like what it said, so that's "your truth".
It was the literal truth when we played the bowl game, bro and it hasn't been debunked as it was published and confirmed by multiple outlets

If you just look at it from a resume standpoint, LSU had the better season. They had the same record as Bama vs a tougher strength of schedule and had a better strength of record.

Now, do it from a bragging rights standpoint. You know, what college football rivalries are all about.

LSU had the better season.

There is a reason, HAD WE SIMPLY BEATEN FLORIDA (STILL SO MAD), we would've made the SEC title game to play Texas over the other schools: the winning percentage of our conference opponents were better than the others in the tiebreaker scenario

Exactly. Single head to head victories are great for shite talk but that's about it.

Guess we each have our own consolation prize.

Can’t imagine having the same record, losing to said team by 29 at home and somehow trying to stand on the argument of “we had a better season according to this!”
