Nicely done today Hogs & Gators, 1 win away.

Mizzou State is throwing a pitcher at us tomorrow that struck out 163 batters in 116 innings. Probably will be a much closer game.

Pitcher you faced today had an era of 1.8
And you roped him

Roped is a very tame word for what we Did to that poor kid.

Those three innings had Baum louder than I've ever heard it.
I got a nice sunburn and got to catch up with some old friends on both sides today.
Hopefully they can not give up double digits tomorrow
Best part of the day was getting some Herman's. I have always loved that place.

Gators and Hogs set a pretty high standard for the other 3 SEC teams playing tomorrow. Those were two convincing butt whippings. Congrats!

Mike Irwin, to me, seems like someone who used to enjoy sports, but since he made sports broadcasting a career, he ruined it for himself. He comes off as bitter all the time.
Despite that, I like Mike. He's blunt and tell's it like it is, unlike other sport reporters in the state. If he didn't enjoy sports, I don't think he'd spend so much time on hogville and being the most accessible sports reporter in the state.

Mike may have his faults but he's way better than the young guys coming up like Eric Bolin and Doc Harper who seem to get a kick out of bashing/mocking the program because it's cool to go against the grain.

163 K's in 116 innings is what Arkansas faces today.
A little nervous. He is a lefty as well.

I think Mike is a guy who feels betrayed and not important. He wanted to have the same clout as Nail and Eels, which never happened. Somewhat by personality some by distance some by not being PBP. He also thought while at KFSM they were going to be the mouthpiece but times changed. An upstart ( Station and Sports Anchor) upstaged them and got access and up close, mainly due to Nail. Then KFSM went to de-emphasize Sports.

I admit I am too. Its almost like we won by too much yesterday so you expect a bit of a letdown.

I know a lot of people from down here are going up. I wouldn't doubt if there are 15k there. Nice weather. Derby Day. Good time to be at the park. Especially one as
as Baum.
