He'll enter at the end of the year. He is redshirting. He is basically saying he was lied to about NIL as well.

He's their 3rd string RB and has 19 carries this year seems like it's a playing time thing

Is that NIL or is he is pissed he is 4th string?

Looks like a playing time thing. First tweet I saw read “NIL unfulfilled” similar to Sluka.

LOL, yep.

WE DON'T WANT SOCIALISM, except when it pertains to the things we really enjoy.

No idea, just know 43.8% is not a good number and all I see is Tyler Watts when I hear option QB.

That dude was a tough SOB. I still remember to this day his random non-contact injury on the right sideline after planting his leg funny. I met him one time at the Bryant Museum too. Nice guy.

I see Matt Corrall with less accuracy in this Saluki kid.

College athletics is not dead, they're playing some games starting Thursday night through Saturday. No need to be a boomer and demand that the kid gets paid in a home economics degree instead of dollar bills.

A subset of the modern right in the United States is incoherent like this...like they're trying to reinvent national socialism from square one but ideally without the antisemitism.

It is shitty for the other players on the UNLV team that this is the way the system is set up.

This free agency has ruined CF! Despite free room and board, tutors, swag, meal card, and an opportunity to get a free education - they feel the need to be greedy and grab more $$$$.

Dont blame you. My twin is a huge Bama fan and we got into a fist fight over the Iron Bowl that Zow won. We were probably around 13 at the time.

I hear you but when the Schools are making $55,000,000 a year and the players get none of that, it kind of seems screwed up.

The 4 game redshirt limit is now upon us this weekend. Will we soon look back and see that it's now our new transfer window for all malcontents, for whatever reasons? If Jackson Arnold loses his job this week, is he the next to sit and take his talent to the highest bidder?

They were getting six figure valued benefits. That’s a long way from nothing.

As far as the schools go doesn’t equal net. As has been shown above very few programs were profitable BEFORE NIL. The people that think they’ve done something to benefit the poor players have actually killed the goos that laid the golden egg. They just don’t realize it yet.

Value of most degrees is dramatically overstated these days. Hell, it was when I was in school too

So the players that play for profitable programs should get paid.

What about the players that play for programs that lose money? Should those players pay the school?

The annual out of state undergrad tuition cost at UNLV is a little over $26k. The annual food/housing cost is estimated at another $12k. That is over $38,000 per year. Over four years, that is over $150,000. It wasn’t out of line of the earlier poster to say the value of tuition/food/housing provided to an athlete is six figures.
