There is a wide range between "never" and "in the few minutes it will take to get to the place where you're picking up your friend."

Even if he came out and said he didn’t read the text this afternoon, you wouldn’t believe it so what would be the point?

The point is that it doesn’t appear the University cares to even ask the question.

Texting and driving is more dangerous than drinking and driving. It's a lot more rare than you believe. Just because you're an idiot who texts and drives doesn't mean everyone else is too.

Your teenager doesn’t text and drive so that means your gangbanger-associating basketball player definitely wasn’t texting and driving late at night. That sum it up?

So Miles assumed that Miller knew about the gun. Otherwise he would have texted sth like “my gun is in your car, need it back”

You’ve been incorrect more than anyone through this entire ordeal. Just throwing up shite and hoping it sticks.

Congrats on Miller getting 43 last night

There is 0% chance this lawyer released a statement that doesn't align with the facts as the police and the DA know them

There is quite literally no way to prove Brandon Miller didn’t see/know a gun was being left in his vehicle.

Miles didn’t say “yo, I left my piece in your whip”

Or “turn around, I left my shite in your car”

No, he texted him what he needed with 0 context. He texted him something that only someone who know what they were driving around with would understand

Nope, I sure can’t

I also haven’t claimed I 100% know Brandon Miller saw the gun

But saying he never saw it or handle it does not mean he wasn’t aware of its presence

Ahh ok, he has to prove his innocence beyond all doubt, the burden of proof is on him. Someone needs to get this info to all the DA’s in America, they’re doing it all wrong.

Thanks for the help!

Are you Alabama fans really so stupid that you don’t understand carefully-worded lawyer speak?

Modern automobile infotainment systems allow text messages to be displayed and broadcast through the audio system in the car. Likewise text replies can be sent vocally. No hands needed, i.e. no looking at a phone.

You may be right, but it's been scientifically proven that neither is as dangerous as delivering a loaded gun to a drunk fool who said he needs to take care of a dude that just dissed him.

Are you so stupid that you don’t understand what is criminally punishable and what isn’t? Are you so stupid that you think you know more than the people that have the facts of the case and determine who is at fault and who isn’t?

Interesting takes all around from you guys.
