Wait...Bama fans were told over and over that injuries don't play into a loss. I guess yall really meant to say that injuries don't play into a loss....until its convenient for my school.

I think we can all agree that Georgia is right here. And that Alabama was right in 2021. And that Texas was right in 2009.

Honestly, it wasn't about injuries in my mind.

UGA just played a bad game. Sometimes you play a bad game against a bad team and it doesn't matter.

Sometimes you play a bad game against good teams and you lose.

Bama had a good team.

Do I think UGA would win that game 80% of the time if it was replayed with the same health of the players? Yeah. But that's not how the sport works.

It's why you play the game.

The injury thing is a cop out, even when UGA does it. It's why you recruit depth... players get hurt.

That's one UGA player. Much different than every Bama poster

I still think UGA was the best team last season but they have no one to blame but themselves.

Kirby not challenging the 4th down completion
stupid trick play that Beck fumbled
Letting Milroe run so much instead of doing what Michigan did

The difference being Colt McCoy made a business decision for the NFL draft after taking one hit from Dareus. Not the same thing.

Not sure how you can make that determination given their embarrassing schedule and losing to the first decent roster they faced.

Those were big, but UGA got multiple 2nd/3rd and shorts absolutely blown up in the backfield. Those were plays they could easily convert against inferior teams but resulted in negative plays against 'Bama. Their last TD also took 4 tries from the 1 yard line to get into the endzone, forcing Kirby to burn a crucial time out and allowed 'Bama to run out the clock on the next drive.

It's taking a lot of credit away from 'Bama to say UGA just played a bad game or gave it away.

There's always a reason (excuse) why Bama doing something is different then when other teams do it.

As I said earlier in the thread, injuries are a cop out regardless of what team does it. You recruit depth because injuries happen all the time.

UGA didn't lose because of injuries. They just played a bad game in the one game last season they couldn't afford to play poorly.

shite happens. UGA lost. Bama won. Despite my belief that UGA was good enough to win 4 out of 5 matchups, that's not how college football works. The game that happened is the one that counts. UGA lost.

UGA played a bad game and they “wuz hurt. They wuz hurt bad”.
But the biggest reason UGA lost was the SEC refs kissing Bamas flabby arse. Somehow they are always there for Bama at critical points in the game. Wonder why?

It's like when Alabama fans always say that Alabama beat itself.

key difference here. This was a player at a mic talking about the game 3 months later. Something tells me our entire fanbase worldwide still won't be bringing it up unprompted 3 years later.

That's just me though.

Yeah, it definitely wasn't UGA getting blown up in the backfield on 5 different 3rd and 1's and having to punt.

frickin' retard.

Bama never ever loses according to them. They will find out soon enough that Bama will be losing. A lot!
