He lied when he claimed the girl Tray Bishop had sex with was passed out drunk/blacked out. The police report and charges show the sex was consensual and apparently the tape and other police info shows she was actively participating. He made it up.

He lied when he claimed UGA “rallied around” Tray Bishop. Bishop was suspended and never played in a single game at UGA and transferred.

Yep, even worse, UGA filed an open records request with the police department to see if the AJC ever got those records, and the police said no, the AJC was never granted the full report or video. So the reporter never even saw the evidence, but reported that he did, but made up bullshite as fact.

Judd also lied when reported on a "high speed police chase through the middle of campus." Those were Judd's words.
UGA filed records request for all information from police department for that incident, there was not a police chase on campus, the entire incident occurred on Hwy 10 off-campus. Secondly, there never was a chase! No sirens and no lights were ever turned on by the cop, and the cop was never behind the suspect. Essentially, the cop was trying to catch up to him but never came close. The cops, themselves, didn't even charge the perp with fleeing because the driver never knew he was being pursued.
So, "high speed chase through the middle of campus" literally never happened. But Judd reported that it did.
There's so much more bullshite this letter calls out, I recommend everyone read it.

None involved were on an official school activity. Georgia students were involved and Auburn students were involved.

READ THE LETTER. It clearly outlines his lies. Misquoting Adam Andersons lawyer, misquoting a ACCPD officer, misrepresenting facts such as a “high speed chase through campus” in which the police never had a siren or lights on and it happened off campus.
Just admit you’re an asshat who doesn’t want to read but still wants to comment.
