Florida guys, how do y'all really see this game going?
We NEVER play well in this game so our expectations are to get beat down by 30. Anything less than 20 point beat down is a victory to us.

Florida doesn't play well with a lead. If Florida does get ahead big, UGA will make a run, which could make for a wild finish.

I sure as heck would take a wild finish! Anything other than getting blown out in Gainesville would be great.

Not when the aim this season has been to actually compete as one of the top teams in the conference and make the tourney, no. A close loss (say 3-5 points) is a small victory. A 10 point loss means we dicked around, shot poorly from the field, and/or turned the ball over ad nauseam

We haven't won there in like 15 years. I would not get my hopes up and would try to prevent other people from watching it.
UF typically presses us to death which after 8 years fox still struggles with so I imagine we'll see more of the same.

The last four times we have played in Gainesville we have lost by 17, 22, 33, and 22.
Perhaps I overstated by saying 20 but if we were legitimately within 10 points that would be a victory to me.
I think we can beat Florida at home but we SUCK playing in their gym.

Didn't wanna start a new thread but I saw a stat today. Thru the first 26 games in SEC play the road teams are 19-7. Crazy stat but hope it holds up thru the weekend...

I think UF will win by 10-15.
Maten at the 4 is my biggest concern. Don't know if our 3/4 combos can guard him. Amile Jefferson from Duke gave us problems. Stone may have to play a big role.

Don't fool yourself into thinking Florida is great this year. Yea, they have our number, but they're not KU or anything.

I most definitely believe UGA can beat Florida but not in Florida. Athens with a rock in' Steg and a full house with this years club and we can beat a lot of good teams.

That's the attitude that explains why our fan base sucks! I didn't realize we could only get excited when we are in the top 25 and for sure in the dance. I didn't get the memo that we should not support our team like real fans while they are trying to get there.
