UF's Matt Elam cited for underage possession of alcohol

My biggest problem with this is that he mixed Cognac with Coke. 
Gainesville PD needs to be gutted. How did they knowwhat brand of liquor was in the cup? If he dumped the cup he was not in possession any longer, right?
I can see the cop saying I'm taking you to jail if you don't admit what was in the cup.
I want to trade PDs with Tuscaloosa or Red Stick.

No doubt. I had two friends get underage possession on gameday in Gainesville. And I think they were 20 at the time.

Sure, then he could probably have been charged with public intox, which as we know if occurs by an athlete who is a minor is a gateway to more serious substances like weed, coke, oxys, and crocodile.

It goes with the territory in a small college town I suppose. What else are 4 different police agencies going to do in one county.
UF cops
City of Gainesville Cops
Alachua County Cops
State Troopers
That's a lot of cops looking for something to do.
