That's fricked up. You'd think he could get a GA position somewhere.
He was with the Jacksonville Jags, under the minority coaching program the NFL uses. I thought he was still doing that.

What Pro did with the JAgs didn't pay and didn't last very long.

Regions Bank, doesnt surprise me at all. They are to Univ of Alabama, what Colonial is to Auburn.....
I worked there 11 yrs.
They will make sure he stays employed..

wut? Alabamas 5th string running back had 50 yards and so did the 2nd and 3rd string. The backup qb was in there just about it long as the starter.

if he keeps working at the bank he can move up, i know friends who got jobs as tellers 10 years ago out of high school who are in pretty good positions now having earned a couple of promotions. good luck to him, i know what its like to lose everything to an injury and have to start all over basically from scratch. that 2005 bama team would have been tough to beat if he was healthy all season.

Would of liked to seen him progress into the NFL. Seems like he has been able to make peace with it though.
He's got a job, that's a lot more than some people on this planet.

See, recruits, this is what happens when you don't make the NFL out of Bama. Unless you are a surgeon, the state of Alabama just doesn't have the business to support your cushy post grad job that you are completely unqualified for with your housing major.

Wow....bless his heart. You hate to hear about things like this. I hope something good comes along for him....I still remember the terrible feeling I had when this happened to him....Brave young man, indeed.
