was that supposed to be a good throw?

For a pitch and catch with no pass rush and one receiver that was not very impressive. I'ts good enough I suppose for a "game manager" but a lot of Bama fans seem to forget "Jam" Miller is no Mark Ingram, or Trent Richardson, or Derrick Henry, or Najee Harris, or even Damien Harris.
So when the throws get ugly, they don't a thoroughbred to carry the load.

Former Alabama QB, Greg McElroy, was at the first scrimmage and said Simpson looked very good, and he was very impressed with what he saw. And for the record, McElroy, as an analyst, has leaned toward being more critical of Alabama than a homer. So, for him to praise Simpson the way he did lets me know the guy must not suck as bad as a lot of rival fans think he does or want him to. No one is annointing him a heisman contender, but he is a former 5* QB recruit who's now a redshirt junior and not an 18 year old freshman being asked to run the starting offense.

They must be practicing against a LSU defensive scheme.

This abomination of a post is what happens when one humorless dolt with Asperger’s accidentally trolls another humorless dolt with Asperger’s. Not a pretty sight.

Horrible throw with no pressure or coverage. Looks like a pick machine

What an awesome effort to get the receiver to stop wait for the ball, then restart instead of hitting him in stride.

AND he did it without a defensive back on the field. Straight fire, my dude.
