USC bringing ALL those viewers to B10? Not even fair.

Yikes. That SEC number seems low.

That is down 5 million viewers from last season's game between Alabama and Georgia. I wonder why the viewers tuned out.

SECCG was irrelevant to the CFP.

If they’re like me, they started tuning out when UGA thrashed the Ducks. Season ended about an hour after it started.

A&M really fricked the SEC on that one.

UT vs UGA game had over 13 million viewers.
UT vs Bama game had over 11.5 million viewers.
Not bad for two regular season games this year.

Now for the rest of the story. SECCG is the most viewed CCG of all the conference championship games. Again. Go figure.

It was the worst thing for LSU because it knocked them out of the playoff.

Bama’s value to the conference has shifted from people tuning to see them play, to people tuning in to see them lose. Alabama has reached that status in sports where their downfall is must see TV and people will tune in at any chance to see it, especially on a massive stage like the SECCG.
