lol, no he didn't. Why don't you post what miles texted to Miller and explain how that is him telling miller to bring him the gun so that he can commit a crime with it? You better do some yoga so you can accomplish that stretch. Also, where else was Miller going to put the gun, Miles left out in his car and Miller was the designated driver for the group. Does he use his psychic powers and leave someone else's loaded gun at the restaurant he was eating at because his friend, in the future, was going to text him to bring the gun when he was literally already just around the corner because they had arranged to get picked up already? You are a stone cold mouth breathing retard

You are clinging to a false narrative that doesn't hold up under the tiniest amount of scrutiny of the timeline or facts of the case

He literally told him he needed it because someone was faking, meaning he intended to use it against said faker.

He literally told Miller he needed the gun because it had a bullet in the head. Why else would he need a loaded weapon for an verbal altercation? Miller is lowlife scum and 100% contributed to Jamea's death.

Tell yourself whatever you need to sleep at night but everyone across the country thinks Bama and Miller are scum.

You're literally
bastardizing statements while attributing them to the wrong person. Literally.

That was a conversation between Miles and Davis.

There is no evidence that Miller understood what was going on beyond getting a text that we don't even know that he read let alone fully comprehended.

And remember Miller turned over dash cam footage as well as his cell phone as evidence to help clear his name. That evidence was used to get Miles to change his tune.

This has all been reported by multiple news sources.

Which could have been for self defense against "said faker", dipshit.

Why in the ever loving frick would anyone ever need an unloaded weapon?

No he didn't, fricktard. He told Davis it had one in the head.

You seriously must need momma's help getting dressed every morning. You've got to be one of the stupidest motherfrickers on this board...and that's quite an accomplshment. So congrats for that, I guess.

Only speaking for myself - I start off by ignoring any texts that roughly read " Hey nizzer, bring my piece, dudes be fakin', when you gone pick me up " - or anything remotely close.

We're really down to this now, ain't we. We're going to split hairs about who is the white hat, and who is black hat, regarding two groups that circled each other like sharks until they finally got close enough to each other where both got bit.

Get it through your thick Bammer heads - there are no good guys in this. Only bad guys and worse guys. Anybody not looking through their Crimson Glasses can see it.

Get that many of them, do you?

Jesus. For starters, Miles and Davis didn't circle anyone. The other guys were in the vehicle, dumbass.

Get this through your thick skull, dipshit. All Bama fans here aren't saying that there are "good guys" and "bad guys" in this. All might have been avoided if Miles had just gotten in the car with Miller and gone home. Retards in this thread for some reason feel the need to just lie out of their fricking asses. Are you one of those retards? Because Miles didn't "circle" anyone. He was on foot, dumbass. How does a guy on foot "circle" a jeep driving around the block?

You're an idiot.

Evidently, you don't. When it parks - you walk right up to the drivers side window. And start bustin' caps. Or whatever the sweet, sweet summer children call it nowadays.

Maybe it was a shitty parallel park that would have made Willow proud in that last Sopranos episode, followed by a sharp slant route. Or perhaps a shoddy three point turn, and a delay before an AB circle to the drivers side door. Who knows ? Who cares ?

Well ... Bammer cares, obviously. Because you're in the game of trying to explain how those who brought the gun to the scene - as well as those who fired the gun at the scene - are all innocent victims in all this. Good luck.

You could just skip to the answers in the back of the book. Two thug groups massed into one thug group - until a few less thugs were left alive. But that isn't the narrative you seek.

faking apparently means being threatening. So wanting your gun on you because someone is acting threatening is the same as saying you intend to use it in commission of a crime, which is what you said? Assuming Miller even read the text before arriving, it's most reasonable for him to think if it was going to be used it would be used in self defense, which of course is not a crime. Gun was legal and defending yourself with it is legal. Miles wasnt even the one who shot, it was Davis. Was Miller supposed to get from that text that miles was going to give his gun to his drunk friend to go shoot someone?

nope, youre a fricking idiot. That was caught on millers dash cam, but it was Davis asking miles if it was loaded when miles gave it to Davis.

Well ... spoiler alert ... even thugs have a mother who loves them. Often, the mother is a thug as well, hence her association with other thugs.

There are no good guys in this story. Miller might, maybe, be the least bad one. Possibly. All he did, after all, was bring the murder weapon.

Not exactly something anybody sane would put on their resume'. Or defend. Yet here we are.

Seems weird that nobody wants to talk about the fact that the Jeep circled the block with his headlights off and only pulled up when Davis appeared.

Nobody wants to talk about the pot in the Jeep, the extra gun and the clip to the gun that has mysteriously disappeared ..

Beautiful. We've went from "Miller had no idea there was a gun in the backseat" to "Miller had a reasonable belief that his buddy needed a gat to defend himself against somebody fakin'".

Bammers ... seriously ... just shut the frick up. And I say this with the best of intentions. Because I get it. In the few retarded heads flooding the board with this shite - you think you're somehow influencing public opinion in a way that will benefit your most holy of holy brands - Alabama.

Trust me - you are not helping your cause in the slightest. Far from it.

Straight up - I wonder if some of you are LSU alters. Because you can't say things any dumber, unless you're an alter, trying to embarrass Alabama.
