Lot of under selling going on in this thread. Taulia can start at a P5 program. Just have to wait and see if he is willing to leave his family.

The big question now is, where will he end up? Most Florida schools are “down” so it could be any one of them.

Not sure why Tua can’t buy his family a house anywhere they want to go. Can’t see much reason for them to stay in Alabama if neither of the brothers is there.

Doesnt Miami have quite a few quarterbacks?

I think Taulia has some talent and potential, but he was VERY raw coming in.
Watching his limited game snaps and A-Day work he was a Brett Farve level risk taker without the pinpoint accuracy of his brother.
That’s said, he had a quick release and with time, the right QB coach and a team that’s willing to accept a couple mistakes along the way he could be a solid starter somewhere.
He was never going to get that willingness to accept mistakes with a vet like Jones ahead of him and a polished guy like Young just a class behind him at Bama absent injuries or transfers.
Wish him and his family the best.

King is the guy this season, but doesn't he only have one year of eligibility? Then there is good old Tate Martell, who Taulia should beat out. No idea who else the Hurricanes have on roster. Taulia has plenty of eligibility remaining, so he could go to pretty much any school and have time to stake his claim. All depends on if he wants to play it safe or not.
Alabama opens up with Miami in 2021. Potential for Taulia to give it to Saban.

Looked pretty damn accurate to me. That TD pass to Waddle was a big boy NFL throw.

Why did Saban play taulia in five games and burn a redshirt?

Taulia was never near Tua’s talent.
He was a “name,” like Phillip Rivers’ brother Stephen. That’s the only reason he had an offer to LSU. Same with Taulia to Alabama.
