The thing is, Bama doesn't need a generational QB to beat LSU. They can whoop that arse with Jalen like they did last year. Tua and company bout to go ham. 35-10 Bama. Yawn boring.

Tua looks pretty good to me. Sure it helps that his competition has been inferior and he’s surrounded by elite talent. But still.

Peyton never won a National Championship. Tua has already done that as a True Freshman. There is no comparison.

He has literally been padding his stats playing the bottom dwellers in the conference
If he was padding his stats, wouldn't he stay in the whole game?

I have been wanting to see Tua pad his stats by staying in the whole game. But Saban takes him out in the 3rd and sometimes before. He's not played in eight 4th quarters, which adds up to 2 full games. Just imagine what his stats would have been.

Sorry man, but any QB that plays in P5 and has 25 TDs vs no INTs and sits most of the 2nd half is going to be looked at as a generational type player.

He'll be considered that until someone proves he isn't.

Tua's pass accuracy is absolutely insane.

He is a once in a generation talent by Alabama QB standards. Hell, he’s better than any QB that’s ever played for LSU.

You dumb tigers thought LF 1.6 was a generational talent when Gurley was in the SEC at the same time. Saquaon Barkley came out the next year. He wasn't even the best RB in his draft class. Kareem Hunt by far was the best RB in that draft.

You don't understand what the word generational means.

Tua is the most gifted thrower of the ball at this stage. More gifted than Aaron Rodgers.

Alabama will win the game by half time and you all will be witness.

Then you can carry on with your weak schedule and crooked ref threads while Bama fans start booking hotel rooms for the playoffs.

I would strongly disagree.

This one play highlights some awesomeness of Tua. He avoids the rush with his feet only, doesn't even break concentration, steps forward, delivers a perfect ball 40 yards downfield in stride with his receiver who is double covered, allowing him to keep running in for a 75 yard score.

It's just so beautiful.

Alabama has beat LSU 7 times in a row without an NFL caliber QB. Now they have arguably the #1 pick in the draft in two years at the QB position. If Tua was eligible this year he would be the first player taken.

I don’t know about the “generation talent” part of this discussion, but every rational LSU fan would trade theirs for ours today. Glad he’s going to be on our side Saturday night.
