I will be there. My brother lives very close to the stadium. I am from Oklahoma.

Considering that DeBoer has only been on campus for a short period of time this is a goofy take.

I could recruit a top class to Alabama. It’s the greatest program in the history of college football at this point.

If so let’s hear it.
Tennessee missed on 3 deep balls that should’ve been TDs

People are talking like this game was one-sided but it could’ve been very different. Hooker had been hitting those shots all year.
SEC fans should be grateful for the chance to storm the field after beating Alabama

Show some respect for these once in a lifetime opportunities that Alabama is used to experiencing. Without Alabama you don’t get these moments. As Alabama fans we are happy to see your joy. It’s like seeing a little brother finally accomplish something notable.
re: The reason you don’t see elite defense out of Alabama any longer

It’s a different game. You have to be able to score points because of the rules changes. There’s no way around it when the rules heavily favor the offenses.
re: Lincoln Riley would be dumb to stay at OU

Louisiana is light years ahead when it comes to in-state talent. That’s a huge advantage to have. OU has to rely on Texas. LSU doesn’t. It’s just an added luxury to get players elsewhere.

Exactly. At LSU he could still recruit Texas while getting a lot more in state talent. It’s a better situation from a talent standpoint. In the Big 12 that’s not as big of a deal. Bob Stoops wasn’t facing the same circumstance. Lincoln Riley has to prepare to win in the SEC.
Lincoln Riley would be dumb to stay at OU

Oklahoma HS football is mediocre talent wise. If Riley stays at OU his stock has a more likely chance of going down when they enter the SEC. From a career trajectory and $$$ standpoint he would betting on himself at a big risk. Taking the LSU job would give him a much better recruiting base and a better position to compete. Staying at OU will put him at a recruiting and competitive disadvantage imo.
re: No possible way Riley says no to LSU.
Posted by Flagship of the SEC on 11/17/21 at 10:16 pm
The reason I think Riley leaves is because competing in the SEC at OU will be extremely more difficult and staying would only hurt his coaching stock. Oklahoma also has a few talented players in state each year. Most of them go to Oklahoma State because OU doesn’t want them. Louisiana is light years better as a recruiting base. There’s a ton of football reasons why Riley would be smart to leave OU before the SEC move.
re: Georgia-14 Does Mullen do the norm playing great in a big game?

Mullen should start Richardson if he cares about keeping his job.
re: Every Bama drive looks tougher this year. Having to actually drive it every time.

Bryce will end the season with similar numbers to Mac Jones. He doesn’t have the best Oline, RB and WR in football though. It’s a different offense that requires him to throw more.
