I don’t want to stop a good delusion, those are sometimes entertaining, but it’s crazy to think you will beat us. But even if that does happen, it’s crazy to think we aren’t in the playoffs. We have four games left and I am certain you won’t be our third loss. A 10-2 A&M is in the playoffs. That’s our floor. Thats currently your ceiling.

I’m not sure how I could’ve made it more clear, but I’ll try:

1. A&M is the real deal. I think they’ll win the SEC and get a first round bye in the playoffs;

2. Someone posted that a 10-2 Texas would barely make the playoffs as a 10 seed. There are two delusions here, at least based on the reality of what we’ve seen so far; first that Texas will be 10-2, and second that a 10-2 Texas would barely make the playoffs.

3. Try to keep up here: IF Texas were to finish 10-2 then it would mean that they won out. If Bama and Ole Miss also were to win out then it would mean that Texas could knock A&M out of the SEC game with a win; if Bama OR Ole Miss lose a game and Texas beats A&M, then Texas would be SEC runnner-up.

4. In this scenario, of course a 10-2 A&M would still make the playoffs, but they would not be in the SEC championship game, would would be seeded below Bama and Texas in the playoffs.

5. Again, based on what I’ve seen from this Texas team I do NOT expect this to happen, hence I am not being delusional. I’m merely stating what’s still on the table for everyone.

Bottom-line, if Texas wins their next 3 games then the game in Austin between us will be for who goes to the SEC title game.

You’re right because you said we only won because of a missed holding call? You you even watch football really? Every single series has at least 10 holding calls that aren’t called in our league.

I know you’re used to getting those calls but that doesn’t happen outside of the utopia of Longhorn Big12 football.

You’re an idiot.

I mean, Texas has a much better chance at going 7-5 than 10-2 and everyone knows it

a blatant missed holding (tackle actually ) on the game winning TD pass on 4th down is a bit different in impact than a random holding call or no call in the course of the game and Aggies would be saying the same if they were Notre Dame fans.

you got the W and they can’t take it from you. no reason not to admit it changed the outcome of the game. it was either a sack or a 10 yard penalty if it gets called.

Agreed on all you posted. Plus one more from my point of view.

We don’t give a shite about beating you if we are highly seeded in the playoffs. Or at least our players don’t. They care about playing well and being highly seeded for a national title.

Texas is more likely to go 7-5 than 10-2 at this point. Vandy, UGA, and A&M are all playing better football than they are. I mean they could win of course but those teams aren't Kentucky and State.

Texas did win those games though. Like I said they have a chance if Arch is injured

tBrand must be mentally challenged. Such idiotic thinking. Jealous much? You should worry about Sark and the demise of the Texas football program. Cause nothing is fixing that team anytime soon. Take thru 2027 to rebuild to SEC caliber lines and Sark hasn't proven he knows how to evaluate talent, let alone develop it.

All while Elko had surpassed him in 1.5 seasons. Hate and make up more stuff so you feel better. Lol. Too funny.

Enjoy watching A&M play in the playoffs. While Sark works on teaching Arch how to throw a ball to a receiver.

I find that really hard to believe, by nature of the fact that it was an Aggie that even started this post. And if by some miracle Texas does beat A&M then I think the postgame posts on Texags.com will prove that.

But again, A&M has one hell of a team this year. I’ve said this on other threads but Reed’s development has been phenomenal, y’all have at least two receivers that’ll be playing in the NFL, and the defense is stout. Easily the most consistent and balanced team in football, and if my money or reputation was on the line I’d pick A&M to beat anyone at this point.

But, let us play the games. Here’s hoping for a fun November.

If (and that’s a big if) A&M keeps winning and then loses in Austin to texas, we all know Texags is going to go nuclear. It’s the same morons who were losing their shite last night in the first half.

Stupidity has no school colors.

And another one would’ve been beaten by the team that lost to Napier.

Tejas at 10-2 is funnier than Aggie winning the natty.
