False. When he becomes healthy he will be the starter again and finish the season. He will leave for the draft because TJ Finley is that good.

True. He needs a lot of coaching up by Ensminger.

Interesting, that’s a lot of TJ confidence. How many games has he played?

I'm not that impressed with Brennan and I'll tell you why. A good statistic for effective, efficient QB play is third down conversation percentage. Good QBs convert third downs easily and you feel very confident every time they drop back to pass on third downs. LSU has converted third downs at a 34.7% clip this year which currently ranks 81st out of 101 teams. That is after a game against South Carolina when they converted 8/10 third downs. Under Brennan, LSU converted 9/39 third downs which is 23.1%. That percentage ranks 95th in the country. To give an idea about how bad that is, Tennessee has converted third downs at a 26.1% clip with Guarantano as their QB. Yes, even Jarrett Guarantano has been more efficient extending drives on third down than Myles Brennan this year. That is why I'm not sold at all on Brennan being a top level SEC QB.

I dont see that as on Brennan but on the offensive game plan. That’s on Ensminger.

I could point out all the reasons why this is a dumb take but half of our own fans dont even get it and they supposedly watch the games so I dont blame you for not understanding.

It doesn’t matter I don’t really see anything in them, not anything like Mac Jones that is.

Kind of a tragedy if TJ gets the nod, no?

It is. Brennan has played very well. There’s no need to remove him and he’s waited his turn. It would be a bad look. He is a really good QB.

Probably content with playing back-up from this point on out.

You are 100% correct IMO.

Brennan has the stats but things just feel weird. Last weekend with Finley felt echoes of last year

If he misses the rest of the season due to this injury, I don't think he has a choice. He doesn't have enough game film to declare. I guess he could transfer in theory and have two years left to play if Finley takes his job.
