You’re saying that because you’re an LSU fan. That’s pretty much it.

I mean the level of BS with you is astounding. Alabama was without five starters that night. But of course if I accurately noted LSU has been forced to routinely play three true freshman on the offensive line all season, that would have been a bunch of ifs. I've candidly said Guice may not deserve second team because his production has not guaranteed it. But his production, behind a banged up offensive line, with his always being the focus of the opposing defense (which is never the case with Harris; its always Hurts), with his nagging injuries, still is a better resume for all conference than a guy who can't even get nine carries a game (because remember its all about production).

And this crap that I'm saying he deserves it before Harris because I'm an LSU fan is rich coming from your Alabama centric posts. The only LSU player who unquestionably deserves all-conference is Devin White.
You earlier said Key should be all-conference, which is just completely untrue, unless you want to base it on talent rather than production. Key missed the first few games of the season, was an overweight non-factor for the Miss. St. and Troy games, which wrecked LSU's season. He finally put it together against Auburn, Ole Miss and Alabama, and was a force. He likely won't play this weekend and who knows if he'll play against A&M. But there's Tuscaloosa promoting him for all-conference (despite your stating that production is what matters); and why is that? Because he tore it up against Alabama. Typical Gump centric opinion, because he lit it up against Bama he deserves all-conference, even though he's shown up for exactly three games all year. A perfect example of the BS you write on this site. Troll on a-hole.

That Mecole Hardman kid from Georgia can flat play. Despite the fumble this past weekend, he is electric with the ball on kick returns.

His receiving numbers should be much better but he has dropped a handful of passes. Likely why he isn't on here. But if he catches the ball, he is fun to watch

If he is QB, you won’t need the WR core. Might want to have someone that can throw a good deep ball

You’re chasing your tail at this point.

You spent essentially half your post talking about this:

quote:

You earlier said Key should be all-conference

Which I never said.

But you doubled down anyway... and spent another paragraph complaining about something that never happened.

quote:

But there's Tuscaloosa promoting him for all-conference

Here’s what I actually said:

quote:

Key has been wrecking shite for the last few weeks. Fun to watch him play.

You might want to get your shite together before going off on a tirade about something that was never said and posting stuff like this:

quote:

A perfect example of the BS you write on this site.

I’m sure you’ll disappear and not address any of that though. I think you owe me an apology.

I don't know enough about lineman and certainly don't know enough about other teams guys to make an accurate judgment.

From Alabama Jonah Williams and Bozeman have been good, but I couldn't begin to say better or worse than anyone else.

Jonah Williams and Braden Smith are the only definites in my mind.

I think Austin Golson is the most interchangeable OL in the SEC, but he isn’t elite at any position.

I think it's Hurts or Stidham at QB. Lock is you want to just look at total stats but I just can't take those "totals" serious when 15 of the TDs are against Mizzou St, Idaho and UConn and his numbers against P5 teams are middle of the SEC. Fitz had been good but not as good as Hurts or Stidham

You're so full of shite. You promote Key on a discussion about all-conference and now want to act like you weren't implying he should be all-conference. Right asshat. Now that you probably realize just how little he's played this year, you won't try to maintain that stance.

Nice job in deflecting from the first half of the post which you apparently at least realize you can't justify.
That pathetic we were without five starters on defense crap, and ignoring the FACT that LSU has had a banged up OLine all year and Guice is unquestionably the focus of every defense LSU comes up against (and Harris is what, at best the third focus behind Hurts and probably Ridley). Great backs get carries, plain and simple. Ingram did, Richardson did, Henry did. Harris does not, period.

Arden Key will not be ALL SEC.. There is no denying he is ALL SEC talent but he hasn't had the season others have had.

I very clearly stated that he had been wrecking shite the last few games and that he had been fun to watch. And I said that responding to someone who said he wouldn’t have the stats for the whole season to make the list. You know... agreeing. At no point did I promote him or even suggest he should be on the list. I simply complimented a good player. Why is reading comprehension so difficult?

I haven’t deflected anything. You’re simply trying to make this something it’s not, and I opted not to even bother wasting my time. You wanted to use Bama’s defensive statistics as some feather in the hat of Guice, at which I pointed out we were without 5 starters. Not sure why that hurt your feelings so much.

However, one part of your post is unquestionably true:

quote:

Guice may not deserve second team because his production has not guaranteed it.

I’m glad you’re finally seeing things my way. This has been a productive discussion.
