Damn. Just curious. Never scraped that side of reference before. Thought it’d be interesting to add.

Makes me curious where guys like Mark Ingram, Julio Jones and Bart Starr landed.

Also, the single greatest season apparently belongs to LaDainian Tomlinson's 2006 season. 1815 yards, 28 TDs. (for an AV of 26)

Something does seem off though. Looking at 2005:
Tiki Barber had the highest at 21. 2390 total yards (1860 rushing) 12 TDs (11 rushing). Shaun Alexander was a 17 for 2005. 1958 yards (1880 rushing), 28 TDs (27 rushing). How is Tiki Barber's 2005 season 19-20% better than Shaun Alexander's?

The stat only started in 1960, so guys like Starr and Hutson aren't included. Don Hutson was an 8x all-pro, so you have to assume he would probably be #1 all-time if he was included (Hannah was a 7x all-pro).

3. Julio Jones (94)
16. Mark Ingram (60)

I'm guessing because Barber had ~ 500 more total yards and 0.7 yards per touch (receiving and rushing yards) than Shaun did that year.

However, as you noted, Shaun had 28 total TDs vs 11 for Barber, which seems like it should count for a bit more.
