When the ncaa is through with LSU's 2019 season, that is what it will be. Ask USCw about it......

An Alabama fan saying this in a thread when others are claiming to be the literal best team in the history of CFB is hilarious

You failed to mention because of LSU chickening out.
The fact that LSU was able to "chicken out" just speaks on the absurdity of the year, which is why any claim of any player/team from 2020 (NBA/MLB included) as the GOAT is silly. You think LSU would be able to not play a scheduled game in a normal season?

Haven't you heard? That one rogue prison-serving booster who paid the dad of a player who played from 2012-2015 is going to force them to strip us of our 2019 title, nearly half a decade later.

Well, Louisianan education is what it is.

New Orleans is the kind of place you visit a few times during your gross college phase before you have enough money to travel to nice places. And the rest of Louisiana is the grossest hellhole in this country. I don't know whether it's boredom or hatred of living in LA that causes LA to be the murder capital of the US.

And then gloss over empirical standards to choose 4 playoff teams. Well done.

Add all the math you like. Throw a few computers in there for good measure, it still got us Alabama vs LSU in the 2012 Natty rematch. I don't have a problem with the BCS getting the 2 best teams correct. The BCS was still subjective enough to give us Alabama as one of the 2 best teams that year. It was the rest of college football that had had enough, so on to the 4 team playoff. Would have been fine with me if the BCS formula picked the top 4 in these new playoffs by the way. Would be fine with me if the BCS formula picked the best 8 teams.

All that to say, humans cannot be totally objective, even with the application of math. Meaning, you can't have a thought without a corresponding emotion to go with it. It's just the way the human brain operates. And with emotion comes, bias, prejudice, jealousy, ambition, envy. All the little ole things in our world that have us living in the social, political, religious mess we have never risen above.
