Tennessee @ Florida Depending how Tennessee's early season goes, Butch Jones could potentially push his record at Tennessee to a staggering .500 record. Would cement his legendary status for sure.
UGA @ Auburn will the Tigers join the "10 losses to Richt" club alongside similar programs like Kentucky, Vandy and Georgia Tech?
Arkansas @ LSU will Bielema reach three SEC wins this year? This game will tell us a lot.

I obviously care about all of the Mizzou games, so I'll set those aside. After that, I especially like cross-divisional games.
Georgia at Auburn - I just think this would be more fun to watch than Bama at Georgia.
Arkansas at Tennessee - Battle of the 2015 Pre-season Divisional Champs.
Ole Miss at Florida - Is Ole Miss that good? Probably not. Is Florida that bad? Probably not.
