What elite WR are replacing AJ, DK and Lodge? Maybe Mingo can step in early and play well but he’s a freshman. I think I remember y’all having a pretty good slot guy that came on some at the end of the year but don’t even try to act like there won’t be a huge drop from those top 3 guys.

Does Burrow have the potential to be a dark horse heisman contender this year?

This is just outright bullshite. If nothing else he has proven that he is tough as nails and doesn’t get rattled.

and he lit up the LS8u defense. Plus year 2 with Jimbo

Except his stats prior to OT looked like complete shite.

He blows burrow out of the water when it comes to winning time.

Burrow's team finished with 10 wins and #6 ranking.

So, I guess aggies finished top5? right? Surely top 10?

Complete shite?

250 passing and over 100 rushing with 3 TDs. Not his best performance, but that was hardly shite.

monds stats preOT - 19 - 39 for 214 yds passing. less than 50% completion rate.

he had 42yds rushing on 20 carries for the whole game. Don't think he lost over 60 yards rushing in OT.

So, by that standard, Burrow's stats were complete shite too?

Joe Borrow was outside the top 5 last year in attempts, yards, completion percentage, yards per attempt, touchdowns, sacks (last place), and QB rating.

Boom.

Of course there will be a drop. AJ and DK are on another level, but we heard the same thing after donte and laquon as well.

And Mingo has potential but I’m expecting Moore, sanders, and battles to be the top dogs. Moore and sanders looked very promising last year. Also dannis Jackson could be big. My dark horse is dontario Drummond

I'm sure we are all about to get an enlightened answer from Mr. Maroon

May be wrong, but if Jake gets close to that, we'll have to play in 15 games.

No. 1, Kirby wants to run.
No. 2, RBs look a lot more solid right now than WRs.
No. 3, if he gets hurt, we're done.

Guarantano had the fewest attempts of any starting QB in the SEC last season. Look for his attempts to increase dramatically under Chaney.

Why? Pruitt probably has the same idea Kirby did for Chaney

Here are the number of passes thrown by college QBs with Chaney as OC.

2018 - Fromm - 307
2017 - Fromm - 291
2016 - Eason - 370
2015 - Peterman - 313
2014 - Allen - 339
2013 - Allen - 258
2012 - Bray - 451
2011 - Bray - 247; Worley - 87; Simms - 62
2010 - Bray 224; Simms 195
2009 - Crompton - 384
2005 - Kirsch - 257; Painter 170
2004 - Orton - 389
2003 - Orton - 414
2002 - Orton - 317; Kirsch 134
2001 - Hance - 258; Orton 216
2000 - Brees - 512
1999 - Brees - 554
1998 - Brees - 569
1997 - Dicken - 407

Guarantano threw 246 attempts last season. Even in years loaded down with multiple future NFL running backs in the backfield, Chaney threw more than that. With what UT has coming back at receiver...I see Chaney using the short passing game a lot more than what we saw from Helton last year.

It was a crappy post of something that I pulled out of my arse. I didn't really take time to look at it. I troll based on quantity of responses, not quality.
