Maybe MSU's coach should focus less on tweeting and more on how to fix a dumpster fire program

Two of those aren't rivalries.

Bedlam is that one-sided? We’ve been sold a bill of goods for a very long time on that one.

Have we? I've always recalled Texas-Oklahoma being the bigger game every year. Oklahoma vs. Oklahoma State is more akin to the rivalry Michigan and Michigan State have with each other. It's a rivalry but Michigan has a much bigger rival located in Ohio.

Oklahoma State has not won more than 3 times against Oklahoma in any single decade.

Well I’ll at least say the Bedlam hype men buy low and sell high.

Alabama and Ole Miss have never claimed each other as rivals in football. To State's credit, I don't believe MSU-Alabama is a rivalry either.

ETA: Did you know that Mississippi State has a losing record in both of their football rivalries (Ole Miss and LSU)? How embarrassing!

At least MSU wasn't too scared to play Alabama for 80 straight years.

You MS schools and your retard fights.

Please see my thread from six years ago if you would like further details into MSU being the doormat of the SEC West

Alabama literally name checks the Bulldogs in their fight song, so it's kinda hard to say that it wasn't at least a rivalry at one point. Plus the two schools are the closest in proximity in the conference, only 80 miles apart

Interesting - many say that reference of Bulldogs is UGA.

Lol MSU is just that school that no one calls a rival. Ole Miss fans have to deal with harassment as MSU fans try to make OM a rival. It’s very sad lil bro syndrome. I don’t care how good or bad MSU is doing. Only game I’d trade anything in to win each year is LSU

Alabama and LSUs most played opponent is Mississippi State. Guess they finally came around to our real rivalry.

That's the impression I got from living in MS in the 2000s. But now it looks like the Egg Bowl is heated on both sides.

It is. When the song was written, Alabama and Georgia played consistently and it was always a high stakes game for our program. Mississippi State is a rival, in a sense, I suppose. Our campuses are very close to each other - closer than any other two campuses in the conference.

State and LSU isn't a rivalry, lol. GTFO with that shite. We don't even worry about state or even give them a seconds thought outside of the week we play them and kick their asses. What a joke.
