Bo at the top without doubt. Bo would be top 5 of all states in my opinion

You are not wrong, but it is all how you frame it.

Longevity and impact to the sport were deciding factors that kept him out of my top 5.

Bo was one of the most gifted athletes in American sports history without a doubt. Absolutely deserving of a #1 ranking on others lists. Tremendous human being

Bo Jackson and Deion Sanders both made all pro in football and baseball. That is hard to do. I put them in my top 5 list for the entire country.

Jackson was not an all-pro in football and deion was never an all-star in baseball. Bo made one all-star game in baseball and 1 pro-bowl in football (baseball in 1989 and footbakll in 1990). Deion was an 8 time all-pro in football and never had any accolades like that in baseball. They're still in any top 5 list obviously for best athletes

Jackson was the first athlete to be selected as an All-Star in both MLB and the NFL. Sanders first to win superbowl and world series. I thought he had made the allstar team but I guess he did not.

Played against Shabazz in high school (football and baseball). Truly a freak athlete.

Shout out to Paul Anderson; was strongest man in the world for years, and did it the old fashion way.

Lol, reading these lists just illustrates the talent gap. Danny Ainge makes #1 on any list for Oregon. To his credit, he was an Alll-American in 3 sports in high school and a scratch golfer.

Oregon has one of the more infamous athletes in Tonya Harding .

Tough choice but who do you pick him over?

Jim Brown:Arguably GOAT NFL RB
Th Cobb: All time MLB great
Herschel: Arguably GOAT CFB RB
Sugar Ray: Arguably GOAT middleweight and top 10 boxer all time
Bobby Jones:GOAT amateur golfer

Not much room for Jackie

His pro career sucked but in terms of sheer, raw, athletic ability Matt Jones has to be up there for Arkansas. He was freakishly athletic despite being... well... kind of a stoner.

I think it's safe to put Max in the top 5 now. He's HOF bound.
