tOSU is obviously WRU

They have a very strong argument. It’s obviously between tOSU, Bama, and LSU.

Not going to pick too many nits here. Will just say that Worthy ON the list and AD Mitchell NOT on the list is a little creative.

2700 yards and 26 TDs vs 1400 yards and 18 TDs.

I consider myself a reasonably informed college football fan, but there are 8 guys on that list I have never even heard of.

The omission of Amari Cooper is criminal. In 2014, he had 16 TDs, over 1700 yds, and 120+ catches. All-American and 3rd in Heisman voting (teammate Derrick Henry won it).

He was too injured at UGA, and we quit doing our pass first O way too quickly for him to stat rack.

The people asking why Corey Davis is on the list on the list and second on it are showing their college football ignorance.

In NCAA history, the guy is 4th in career receptions, 2nd in career receptions, and 1st in career receiving yards. DeVonta and he were going to be 1 and 2 no matter what because given the the parameters, they were the only options for 1 and 2.

Jaylin Hyatt at Tennessee was pretty much undefendable. No one could catch him and he would just torch the secondary on deep routes no matter how deep they lined up back there. The opponent didn't matter.

Did he dominate South Carolina in 2022?

Marcus Mariota won the Heisman in 2014. Henry won it in 2015.

He was great at W. Michigan and I get those who would say pro stuff shouldn't count. But in his case it clearly showed that he benefitted greatly from playing non P5 football.

Mitchell put up numbers in games that actually mattered though.

He may not be #1 but any list that doesn’t have Ladd McConkey in top 25 is shite.

I stand corrected.

I think the general sentiment is fair, though.

I’d put Bowers and McConkey above all of them personally.

Bowers is a TE. If he were included he’s easily #1. I know in a non-biased list McConkey is definitely top 25 but not #1.
