Think it will shape our something like this
1. OSU
2. Penn state
3. Georgia
4. LSU
5. Miami
6. Texas
7. Oregon
8. Notre Dame
9. Clemson
10. South Carolina
Think the ten spot could be anyone just going with South Carolina because they had the best win

I don’t understand the Carolina hype. They had a tighter game than Auburn or Tennessee

Who is in the top 10 now really doesn’t matter. It’s the CFP playoff polls where they start to count.

Think out of the teams close to ten they had the most quality win - not saying it’s right don’t see a world we’re Tennessee or Auburn jump 14 spots

Agree....we have Oklahoma and SC hype, yet nothing accomplished to justify that. Maybe they are as good as the ill informed pundits suggest but let's see it in the field.

The AP and coaches poll doesn’t mean a damn thing anymore. Why worry about them. They should just do away with them because the CFP polls that start around Halloween is what matters. I didn’t say anything controversial.
The Coaches and AP poll now is like talking about who is going to win the Heisman in September. It’s just a thought exercise and nothing more.

South Carolina was only 7.5 favorites over VT. Covered that easily and won by 13. No idea why it's not viewed as a better win. Same point differential as tennessee winning by 19 as a 13.5 pt favorite.

Why not? 1-0 vs a P4 opponent. A stout defense who did not give up a TD. A double digit win at that, that really should have been more if the officials knew what a TD catch was. A heisman candidate at QB, that is a candidate even if you don't think he is good. 7 straight regular season wins. covered the spread.
People hating on it here, are just doing so because the offense was ugly from both sides, but id venture to say that both those defenses are going to be pretty good. I also think VT wins atleast 8 games. They were 6-7 but lost several by 1 possession last year...including a tight game to Clemson

Because Tennessee covering the spread by 5.5 points is so much better than south Carolina covering the spread by 5.5 points. SEC rant logic.
