Herbicide/Pesticide labels are the law. Using them outside of the application as directed is federal violation. The guy is going to get a hefty arse fine and some jail time from this.

sorry, correction. he should be charged with the full amount it costs auburn to restore toomer's corner with trees the exact same size/stature/whatever to restore it as it was.

that's it.

Guy should get a few hours of community service, max.

You Barners are fricking crazy. It's a couple of trees.

Move on, get the frick over it.

so, should they sentence a guy for something MORE than the cost of the trees to make a preventative measure for the rivalry? straight up, whatever auburn paid to plant those trees there... he should be charged. imo.

Yes, that makes so much sense. Let's check the books back in 1880, see what it cost to plant those two trees and make sure he reimburses us! That will square things!

We do it every day in this country. Those trees are worth money, they're probably registered on some historical register and protected under state and federal laws. People go to jail for using drugs and harming only themselves, fricking A, this a-hole should be locked up.

A fake dad who forced his "son" to go to alabama and a kid who has been an alabama lock for over a year went to bama? T-Shirt time?

The sad thing for the Bama fanbase is that we've had one of our own cede to Auburn the certainty that we fricking melted down, on a deep, spiritual level, over their one point win and national championship.

We've given them a lifetime of evidence to point to and say..."u mad"

Fine by me, that will be hundreds of thousands of dollars, not to mention fricking up traffic right in the middle of campus for a long arse time. Can't wait to have to deal with this shite

frick the other rivalries. we absolutely have the saddest one!

Absolutely. Too much political correctness. I'm sure I'm one of the few Aubs, but I like the "what the frick" aspect of things. I come from that kind of background though...we've always done fricked up stuff. My dad has Parkinsons, and I always walk by and untie his shoes just to make him have to re-tie them.

We can't all have random arse dudes getting paid to drive kids across state lines without the knowledge of their parents in order to take an unofficial visit.

So what do their actions at BDS (after winning a championship) say about them?

This is mad right here
quote:

The amounts of money given to Cyrus and Calloway’s parents was in the 7 figure range. 7 FIGURES. The AU staff has proof and have turned Saban and the gang in. The kids were still loyal to our staff and have helped us. They pain that those 2 young men had to go through. imagine God confirming his will to you, and Greed parents rob you of your blessing. It’s sickening. This tree killing will not go unavenged. God’s wrath will be on the capstone now. You don’t mess with his anointed. We will overcome. WarCamEagle. Toomer’s Will be Avenged.

Actually the answer is YES you would, IF it can be proven. In fact, this will be a felony (damage over $2,500) and he could get from 1-10 years... also fined... Plus there are some Fed laws...
